Our members include every aspect of the restoration industry, including:

  • Restorers, builders, flooring specialists, hygienists and air quality specialists.
  • Insurance companies, claims assessors, and loss adjustors.
  • Suppliers, manufacturers and commercial contractors.

What We Do

Our members are driven to support and help individuals, families, businesses and communities in need through the provision of restoration services across Australia and New Zealand.

We bring together industry and government to help achieve this ambition.

Our advocacy is informed by an extensive research program to ensure we offer solutions that are grounded in evidence and focused on delivering tangible value in our daily lives.

We believe the restoration industry has a crucial role to play in the lives of the people we serve and know that the industry offers meaningful and rewarding careers for thousands of people.

Our significant program of work is focused on supporting a strong advocacy agenda, and creating opportunities for the restoration industry to network, collaborate and share information, and maximise the benefits we have to offer the wider community.

Message from the RIA Inc. Chairperson

I am pleased to invite you to join us for the 2025 RIA Inc. Restoration Conference & Trade Show on the Gold Coast from 18-20 June 2025.

This national conference has always been a highlight on the restoration industry calendar, and 2025 is set to be our biggest two-day conference as we welcome restoration leaders from Australia, New Zealand and the U.S. to discuss the achievements, opportunities and emerging trends in our industry.

This year’s event will feature a comprehensive program covering the big issues facing our industry, such as the introduction of new standards, addressing the skills gap, improving performance and creating an exceptional customer experience. Our technical streams will also return, providing something for everyone across the two-day program.

The huge demand for our networking and social events at our 2024 conference highlighted the value of this event in bringing industry together to network, share information and develop new business. We will be unveiling new features to maximise these opportunities at our 2025 Solidarity Through Unity conference and look forward to a busy and exciting two days of events for our delegates, exhibitors and visitors.

I look forward to seeing you on the Gold Coast for what will be a fantastic 2025 RIA Conference & Trade Show.
